Refunds and Returns Policy

We are proud of what we make, and we'll stand behind anything you buy from us.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you aren't perfectly content, we offer full money-back guarantees on the original purchase after we receive your unused product(s) within a 60-day period.  

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

After we receive your order, it takes 1 to 2 days to roast and package your coffee.  When your order is shipped, the delivery estimate of the package depends on your mailing zone in relation to ours. St. Louis shipping will be 2 to 5 business days.  Federal Holidays and Sundays will change delivery times.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Twinpike.com ships to addresses within the U.S. and Military address APO/FPO/DPO.  Thank you for your service! 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Twinpike.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

Twinpike.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.   If you received your order damaged, please contact your local USPS office or the main US contact to file a claim.  Your order is covered under USPS insurance from $50 to $100.   


Please make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Sorry, but Twin Pikes does not currently ship outside of the United States.
