Wholesale Account Terms
Overview
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Twin Pikes Roastery wholesale partner. Our wholesale program is intended for businesses that purchase our coffee for use in their own operations or for resale through approved business locations.
By applying for or using a Twin Pikes Roastery wholesale account, you agree to the following terms.
1. Approved Use of a Wholesale Account
A Twin Pikes Roastery wholesale account may be used to purchase products for:
- Serving coffee or beverages at a café, coffee shop, restaurant, bakery, office, church, lodging property, or other approved business.
- Reselling Twin Pikes Roastery products directly to customers at your approved physical business location.
- Using Twin Pikes Roastery coffee as an ingredient in products prepared and sold by your business.
- Business, employee, client, or hospitality use.
Wholesale accounts are intended for legitimate business use only.
2. Online Resale Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Twin Pikes Roastery, wholesale customers may not advertise or sell Twin Pikes Roastery branded products through:
- Amazon
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Etsy
- Facebook Marketplace
- Third-party marketplaces
- Drop-shipping services
- Online arbitrage programs
- Your own ecommerce website or online store
- Any other online sales channel
Approval for a wholesale account does not include permission to sell Twin Pikes Roastery branded products online.
3. Private Label Opportunities
Businesses wishing to sell coffee online under their own brand may inquire about our private-label program.
Private-label arrangements are separate from our wholesale program and require additional approval.
4. Branding and Product Representation
Wholesale customers may not:
- Repackage or relabel Twin Pikes Roastery products.
- Alter product labels or packaging.
- Use Twin Pikes Roastery logos or marketing materials in a misleading manner.
- Represent themselves as an official distributor unless authorized in writing.
- Create marketplace listings using Twin Pikes Roastery branding without permission.
Twin Pikes Roastery may choose not to provide UPC codes, marketplace documentation, or reseller authorization letters.
5. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided solely to approved account holders.
Pricing may not be publicly posted, distributed, or shared with unauthorized parties.
Twin Pikes Roastery reserves the right to change pricing, product availability, and minimum order quantities without prior notice.
6. Account Security
Wholesale accounts are assigned to a single approved business.
Account holders may not:
- Share login credentials with another business.
- Purchase products on behalf of another company.
- Transfer wholesale privileges without approval.
The account holder is responsible for all activity associated with their account.
7. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Twin Pikes Roastery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of purchase.
Twin Pikes Roastery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
8. Product Handling
Wholesale customers are responsible for properly storing, handling, and preparing products after delivery.
Products that have been improperly stored, altered, or repackaged may not be represented as meeting Twin Pikes Roastery quality standards.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Twin Pikes Roastery reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account that:
- Violates these terms.
- Uses wholesale pricing for unauthorized purposes.
- Sells products through prohibited channels.
- Misuses Twin Pikes Roastery branding.
- Shares account credentials.
- Fails to meet payment obligations.
- Engages in activity that may damage the Twin Pikes Roastery brand.
Termination of a wholesale account does not eliminate any outstanding payment obligations.
10. Changes to These Terms
Twin Pikes Roastery may update these Wholesale Account Terms at any time.
Continued use of a wholesale account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
