Intense yet smooth with expressions  of red wine, raisin, a touch of pepper and hints of cherry wood.  Pairs extremely well with cream and caramel. 

This unique blend makes up the base for the espresso beverages in our shops.  We wanted an espresso that was full in body and flavor so we kept the roast at a medium to preserve those characteristics.
